This is a choker necklace I've made with a small charm I cut from a Bombay Sapphire gin bottle. I framed the charm in copper and paired it with an adjustable choker necklace with matching copper clasp and chain.

The charm measures about 1/2 inch in diameter. The necklace is adjustable from 14 to 18 inches long.
